But it is likely you will find these at many other places. 

We do NOT offer: 

1. Machines with unclear/unknown history. 

-These are, by default, machines that are aquainted from a source different of their manufacturer or official distributor., i.e. second hand, third hand or by further seller or "owner".

-Even worse, many offered by other in the country, are initially bought after the end of their service life or have been categorised as for spare or repairs only, by their real owner.

-These can be also machines that by some reason are out of coverage of technical service or after sales service or service from an authorized by the manufacturer service points.

--Same like the by the automobiles, the vending machines are either New or Used. There is no intermediate "creations", as they are offered by majority of the "sellers" in the country. We offer new vending machines. Buy-back system is applicable.

---All machines available by us are with clear and known history, by official supplier, and full service history traceability.

---All of them are officially supported and serviced by the respective manufacturer and under its official conditions. All of them are serviced with their recommended original spare parts.

----As every other machine in EU, the vending machines must be sold with a badge with printed information from the manufacturer too.

2. Hot drink Ingredients with unclear/unknown origin, manufacturer or expiry date.

These are the most part of the "Promotional" ingredients available at lower prices or these with missing papers and manufacturing documents at all, which can be found at many places/sellers, not authorized by their manufacturer.

By us, the ingredients arrive AFTER they are ordered, which guarantee their FULL expiry date period, expressed on the pack.

This allow them to have the very same operational and taste parameters as described here or by manufacturer, or as tasted by you before decide on a purchase for them.

3. Products/Ingredients called by popular names, but with very "unpopular" for your health content. 

Best known example here is the ingredient, by which is produced a drink, called on many vending machines "Milk". 

Real milk can be produced by ... real powdered milk only.

According to EU directives, it is forbidden to call with this name a product that contains vegetal fat. 

Unfortunately, as per the moment, more than 80% by the instant hot "Milk" products in the mass vending machines are made by few products who contains vegetal fat - palm oil or similar.

Putting this ingredient in the powder milk content lead to a small decrease of the price, but attracts a huge part of the traders and operators with no mind to your health.                

Some of them even "go further"  and demonstrate a stirrer staying upright in a cup of milk without any support, and saying this is the "quality milk".                        

Last time you drink a real hot milk, it wasn't like that, right ?
