Evolution.
JOFEMAR S.A. was founded in 1971 in Peralta (Navarra, Spain) for the manufacturing, production and commercialisation of Vending Machines and Coin Mechanisms.
R&D Department is one of the main assets, with a unique skills and strong dedication to Research and Development of new designs and components for vending machines, coin mechanisms and all-new products.
Through its Research and Development Department JOFEMAR has developed its own technologies, which are later incorporated in the production of different models of vending machines and appliances, protected by the respective commercial registers such as patents and trademarks.
JOFEMAR was entitled by the prestigious German Company TÜV RHEINLAND with the ISO 9001 Certificate in 1994 as the first in vending sector.
This is the best warranty of the high quality of all JOFEMAR products.
Because of their determined and continuous evolution during their almost fifty years of existence, JOFEMAR have established an extensive distribution network on four continents through their eighty four distributors spread all over the world.
JOFEMAR today represents a solid Business Group in the vending sector as well as in other four main fields.

In the area of automated vending machines, JOFEMAR fully meets customer requirements as a result of continuing technological innovation which JOFEMAR applies to all its activities.
The company manufactures its selectors, coin modules and card readers to certify its "Total Quality", guaranteeing seamless integration of the new Euro coins in the European Union and of any other future coin transition world-wide.
JOFEMAR was the first coin mechanism manufacturer in the world that has put in production a full featured coin mechanism able to accept both LEVA and EURO coins in year 2001.
Since JOFEMAR use their own designs, it opted for ISO 9001 compliance. In 1994, after an Audit undertaken by the renowned certifying agency "TÜV RHEINLAND", JOFEMAR was awarded ISO 9001 Certification, being the first company in the sector to achieve this.
Similarly, under the guidance and supervision of JOFEMAR's Quality Control Department their 5 most important suppliers also obtained ISO 9002 certification.
The Quality Control Department ensures continuous improvement and total quality assurance to ISO 9001 and 9002 standards.

Sustainability.
Company was founded in 1999 in Sofia, Bulgaria by a team of professionals in the Gross sales and Commercial area, Banking services and Consultancy Services.
Vantomatix LTD is aimed to be the Specialist ready for answer to every imaginable requirement of the new business those days in Bulgaria – the Vending business.
Before that time, no vending business have been possible due to lack of stable coin and value.
All of the founders have been renowned before the incorporation, with decent knowledge and expertise in their respective fields in the last decade .
Up to nowadays Vantomatix is practically the only company in Bulgaria that offers the whole range of types of vending machines - for every type of good and package.
Amongst them but not only: very soft and delicate packages, glass packages, large and big packages, very small packages, etc.

Vantomatix is the first company in Bulgaria that offered a complete on-line control solution with remote analysis of the sales, with built-in logistics management software for the vending business, back in 2004. First other similar competitive offer was offered almost a decade later, and was not featured with so many capabilities and options.
Currently, the company employed one of the best technical support specialists’ team, with yearly updated data knowledge base in the manufacturers’ premises.

Continuity.
VENDIN is a leading Spanish maufacturer of coffee beans and hot drink ingredients, established in Spain in 1992.
The product range covers the main aspects of the hot drinks vending machine needs: Bean coffee, Instant coffee, Diary products, Cocoa products, Tea products.
Highlights:
1998: Operations began in Brazil, covering the Latin America markets.
2000: Opening of a brand new factory premises in Pinto, Madrid, one of the most modern industrial estates at the time.
2001: Adhesion in the PiPe internationalization programm of Mardid Chamber of Commerce. Impementation of the ISO System. Certification by AENOR.
2006: I+D+I development efforts resulted in better products of the Urbina and Toffee series.
2008: A whole new product range for OCS sector has been launched. EspressoIn Capsule and Single Dose series are now a very good complementation to the large list of products available.
2009: Constriction of the new logistic centre is in power. Distributor network is fulfilled wth new members.
2011: A next level new product line for the catering sector is launched: VendInova.
2012-2015: distributoin network is revised. New delegations are opened worldwide.
2016: Vendin is aquired by Kerry Group.
2017: The focus on the manufactiring process is revised as well as the target of clients. New line of instant cappuccinos are launched.

This was and is true for every single consumer that had both keep going with or left due to price variations the VENDIN product range.
In 2010 VENDIN has introduced on the market a brand new line of instant products - water and milk solible desserts.
It has ben immediately presented on the Bulgarian customers too.
It has been succesfully launched by VANTOMATIX, keeping once again on their high level marketing skills and well established contacts in the touristic sector. Very good and specific feedback was received, while new opportinities has been created and investigated.
As many other companies in Europe VENDIN has been also hit by the world economic crisis. As a result, diverse steps has been made during this period, in order to overcome it. Some infuenced the markets, other affected the company itself.
Currently VENDIN has been aquired by KERRY Group.
KERRY are currently considering a proof of capability to continue business processess, that had resulted in achievment of (already aquired) local VENDIN's highlights, started from zero by Vantomatix, 15 years ago in Bulgaria.

LOYALTY IN ACTION.
MACHINES.
With the first ever Tobacco vending machines range presented in Bulgaria in year 2000, the first complete payment system portfolio and after while with the cold drinks vending machines, VANTOMATIX became one of two main companies in the country dedicated to the new arising busness those days: Vending.
After unsuccesful negotiations with AZKOYEN, the first complete machine range was prezented thank to agreement with JOFEMAR S.A.
In the field of the hot drink vending machines VANTOMATIX has started initially with BIANCHI as a hot drink machine provider.
Second biggest coffee machine network in Sofia started to be organized by VANTOMATIX's clients those days.
But there is always been something missing either by technical side, or by service side.
In facing the JOFEMAR hi-tech machines and services the management of VANTOMATIX decided to switch to the next level.
The technical base have been already established with their Cold Drinks and Tobacco machines just before the hot drink ones, but also with JOFEMAR perfect payment systems product range widely introduced in both own and other machines and services.
And the intial agreement for that succesful partnership is in power in nowadays too.
Every single new master piece-of-art JOFEMAR produced, has been gently introduced on the markets VANTOMATIX operate.

INGREDIENTS.
In the field of hot drink vending machines ingredients VANTOMATIX has initially started the business with supplier of choice NESTLE.
In two years facing controversy practices and non-adapted product range to the market, a decision has been made to cancel this parthership and to look out for more reliable ingredients supplier.
Numerous trial and error tests has been held, and many offers has been revised. Finally, VENDIN SL was chosen as ingredients supplier with an agreement in a short while.
VENDIN as a manufacturer was fair enough to not promise any marketing or advertizing funding of support, but instead to assist the campaigns, exhibitions and popularization of its products held by VANTOMATIX either with constant quality or with faster manufacturing an/or delivery process and product samples.
Thanks to use of professional campaign advisers and exhibition organizers VANTOMATIX took part in and has held since then a large number of exibitions, shows, campaigns and promotions.
All of them ended with good or very good results thanks to the profesional skills and enthusiasm of our team started with and which are still being at unreachable level.
New clients, friends and consumers have been created everywhere
VANTOMATIX international activities and relationship has been in good help in creating some of the first VENDIN clients in countries like Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Russia, Romania, etc.
